I am so excited to have you as a part of the studio. We are going to have lots of FUN! Please don’t hesitate to call me at 303-817-2922 or email me at email@example.com with any questions. PLEASE DO NOT call the gymnastics facility. ALL phone calls come directly to me.
All students must fill out a new release form, photo release and tuition agreement before taking any class. You may not take any class until I have those on file.
If you know you will be missing class, especially around the holidays, please write your name on studio calendar If you are not coming due to snow if you’d let me know, that way if many are missing I may cancel class.
There will be two performances. One in the winter and one in the spring. Dates TBA and will be on the Important Dates page once announced. Watch for more handouts. Adults not wishing to perform may still take class. An important element of performances is practice. Those with a substantial amount of missed classes may be asked to decline from performing. Please be advised that any dancer who misses too many classes and is behind in the dances may be dismissed from performing.
If it is snowing really hard on the day of class, you may call 303-817-2922. I will leave updated messages on what is happening for that day. I might put on a message to check back later in the day. If the gym cancels classes, I will follow suit. Please do not leave me a message asking ME TO CALL YOU BACK ASKING ABOUT SNOW…I cannot call ALL of you. However, feel free to leave a message if you need to get a hold of me for another reason, or if you have chosen to stay home that day due to illness or weather.
Tuition & Fees
Tuition is due the first week of every month. Any late tuition add an extra $15.00, no exceptions. You may pay in advance if you know you will be absent. If you pay with cash please put it in an envelope no need to do so with checks. I have envelopes at the studio. There is a tuition box located outside of the studio door. If you are absent, tuition is still due the first week of the month. You may come to the gym during business hours and deposit your tuition in the dance box so you do not receive the late fee. If you miss a class, tuition is not prorated.
There is a performance fee which includes 4 tickets to the show and a video of the show. It is due before Nov 1 and may NOT be put in with your tuition. The amount that is due is $65.00 per dancer. If you have multiple dancers in your family it’s $65.00 for first dancer, $30.00 for each additional person. You may purchase more tickets and more videos if you wish.
There may be a costume rental fee. I will announce once costumes are determined. Some classes will have homemade costumes. Anyone willing to help with costumes please let me know. Thanks!
If anyone would like to pass along their short sleeve plain black leotards, tap shoes or ballet slippers, please bring them in. We love sharing! You are welcome to take anything from the recycle bin that works for you.
